Our Prices

All our bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (shower).
Bath and hand towels are provided.
Tea /coffee & hot chocolate sachets are provided in each of the rooms along with water, biscuits and sweets.
Colour TV with remote control in each room and free wi-fi connection.

All prices shown below are per room, per night. The Single, the Double and the King room prices all include breakfast.

The Log Cabin is a fully contained self catering unit and, as such, breakfast is not provided. We provide a basic “Welcome” pack. Please check our Log Cabin page for full details of this.

Please note we are sorry but we can only accept payment by cash, internet transfer or by cheque with a guarantee card. We are not able to accept payments by card.

Check out time:  By 10.30 am

For contractors/tradesmen who may require a long-term stay, slightly discounted rates can be applied but we can only offer this out of peak season – i.e. during the winter months. Please contact us directly on 01225 744 667 to see if we can provide your company with a quotation to meet your requirements.

For everyday/general bookings we do not request a deposit in advance as we are a very small bed and breakfast and we do not feel this is necessary.  However –  we would request that, if for whatever reason, your plans should change and you cannot make it, please do let us know as soon as you possibly can.

Please note that advance bookings for the larger, busy events such as Badminton Horse Trials & the Bath Christmas Markets – we will require a small (non refundable) deposit to secure your booking with us, which can be done by cheque or internet banking.

For all e-mail enquiries, please do allow up to 48 hours for an acknowledgement, as sometimes we might be in the field with the animals and may not come back into the house until quite late in the evening.
