If you like visiting Churches, then we have a wonderful selection here just in the Parish of Box alone.  We have our own St Thomas a Beckett in Box Village.  There is the tiny Chapel at Chapel Plaister, Wadswick and in the hamlet of Ditteridge there is St Christopher's Church, Ditteridge.

Bus Service for Bath

If you are driving into Bath you need to make sure you go early!  If you leave it too late in the morning, parking can become quite difficult.  The nearest bus stop to us is at The Northey Arms which is about 12 minutes walk up the road from us.  The buses during the week run every 20 minutes.  This is sometimes the easier option as it saves the hassle of driving into Bath and trying to park once you are there.  An adult return fare costs £5.50.
